This person will decide on format, type font and size, information to be included, etc. and will see that all artworks hanging in the gallery are identified with labels before the exhibition opens and before the jurors meet.
Student in charge of show sends Exhibition Label Template to show participants. Each participant sends label information to person in charge of printing and installation of labels.
Exhibition entry tags and hanging devices

This person will design entry / identification tags with the above information and make sure that all pieces are properly identified and adequately wired for hanging when they are left in the gallery. Negligent students may need to be phoned or emailed.
Pre Cleanup of Gallery
Make sure gallery space is ready prior to hanging of show (walls, light bulbs, major dirty stuff, nails and hammer)

Supervise Installation of Exhibition: Todd Pinkham and Maggy Aston
Installation: Students from Advanced Painting and Drawing Classes
Advertising/Marketing/Posters
Design poster and take to MAC lab for printing. Distribute copies to both classes. Every student involved should hang 1 or 2 posters

Talking to art club about awards, organizing voting or judging, making sure all is organized for distributing awards. Writing checks and contacting winners.

People’s Choice Award Coordinator
Directs and Explains voting process (below). Collects and tallies votes. Announces People’s Choice winner at 7pm on Opening night.
